General Delivery Information

Delivery should be within approximately 10 working days upon receipt of an order and is often within 5 working days depending on circumstance. Occasionally a particular item may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable and we will notify you of any such delays.

Delivery methods

The majority of orders are shipped by FedEx courier, but in some cases where items are small in size we use Royal Mail. Some items are large and when this is the case customers can easily collect from the Post Office if they are out and the package cannot be delivered. Varying our delivery methods in this way helps us to keep our delivery charges generally low.

Where we deliver

FlockPhotography delivers products to a wide variety of countries. However, due to the courier relationships we have in place, we cannot guarantee that all our products can be delivered to all countries or for what price. You will be informed if we cannot fulfill your order after you specify your delivery address in the checkout process.

Details 

Delivery prices exclude any local duties and taxes that may be payable by the customer on delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed.
